We are told that part of the blood that is supposed to go to other parts of the body for proper functioning, or for the blood to flow in one direction, flows back to the left ventricle – a chamber of the heart. So what is this effect to a patient with aortic regurgitation? Can an aortic regurgitation patient father a child?

You should really get that fixed. Unless your blood pressure is practically nonexistent, you should be able to get an erection. Sex can be dangerous with a heart condition, though. I assume you have a valve problem…these can usually be repaired with modern medical procedures as long as you have sufficient insurance or other payment options.
